The Online Modules and Testing program assists new homebuyers in making their purchase. The program consists of 4 modules:

• Avoiding Predatory Lending - gives basic information on how to identify and avoid predatory lending scams
• Budgeting and Goal Setting - includes seven steps to successful money management
• Homeownership Preparation - details about finding your home, who you'll have to deal with when getting a loan, and the steps you'll take through the closing process
• The Importance of Having Good Credit - how to establish and maintain good credit, understanding interest rates, and more

To access the modules, you must enroll first. To enroll, download the registration form, fill it out and send it in with your registration fee.

Once you have enrolled and received your login information, you may proceed to to the Online Modules and Testing program.

After you have completed the Online Modules and Testing program, please download the Exit Interview Form, print and complete it, and mail or fax to:

Upon receipt of this document and verification of your test scores, Housing Connections Inc. will mail you the Certificate of Completion for the course.
