Housing Connections creates communities of choice by revitalizing neighborhoods through housing, social and economic development using best practices and enviromentally responsible methods.

The first designated area to be stabilized is an area of 14th Street from Jacob to Wood Streets. This revitilization project is entitled "Old 14th".
