Our Mission Statement
Housing Connections will work to prevent further deterioration Wheeling's core-city neighborhoods by rehabilitating existing housing units and by seeking in-fill housing consisten with the architectural character of the neighborhoods.
The first designated area to be stabilized is an area of 14th Street from Jacob to Wood Streets. This revitilization project is entitled "Old 14th".
Housing Connections (HC) is a non-profit, tax-exempt corporation. Tax-deductible corporate and private donations are welcome. To find out how you can contribute, please contact us.
